We offer free delivery on all orders over $100.

Orders below $100 are billed at $6.95

We will always aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receipt of your order however during busy times you may experience a slight delay in dispatch. Delivery times  (4-7 days) are an estimate only and commence from dispatch date. We do not dispatch on weekends or National Holidays.

How do I update my order?
Please email hello@screampretty.com and we can handle this for you! Email us as soon as possible so we can insure that it is changed before we ship your order out. If we have already shipped your order, we cannot make changes to it.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking. If you need more information or have any questions about your tracking, email  hello@screampretty.com

In the rare instance of a lost delivery we cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch.

Returns & Refund Policy

You can return your unworn items for a refund within 28 days of delivery. Please see below for return eligibility and guidance.

All returns must be:

- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage and be in its original condition with tags still attached (if any).
- In all original packaging (box and pouch if included).

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Scream Pretty has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of www.us.screampretty.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.

Once we receive the item(s) we shall refund within 5 working days.

Whilst we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses when returning products, we will always endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Wrong product sent/Faulty goods?
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, we shall send the correct goods immediately.  For faulty goods, once we establish the problem, we will either replace the item or offer a full refund including your original shipping

Scream Pretty 1 Year Warranty
We are proud of the quality of our jewelry. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll replace your product without question if your jewelry is affected by faulty workmanship. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

This warranty does not cover lost items, natural tarnishing, or scratches associated with normal wear and tear (for example a bent or dented ring or snapped chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product carried out by a third party outside of Scream Pretty.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Screampretty.com) will not be covered under this warranty. In this instance please reach out to the company or store that the items were originally purchased from.
